Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of frontend engineering experience and at least 3 years of technical leadership experience, preferably leading or managing teams. Responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer will build and lead a team of highly skilled frontend engineers while coaching, mentoring, and advocating for them. They will collaborate on the technical vision, lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects, and foster a culture of upholding industry-leading UX. Additionally, they will continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems, proactively engage with peers and managers for feedback, and participate in recruiting and developing interview questions.
